Your order was shipped the next business day and accepted by USPS. When you contacted us requesting a cancellation and refund, the package was already in USPS possession and traveling through their network. At that point, we were unable to cancel an order that had already shipped.
We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, especially when a package doesn’t arrive by the original estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, USPS transit times and estimated delivery dates are outside of our control. We explained that if USPS ultimately determined the package was lost, we would work with you to resolve it. We simply could not issue a refund while your merchandise was still in transit.
